Relenta transmits, stores, processes and maintains all information, data, text, software, graphics, messages, files, account settings, or other data materials relating to your account ("Content"), in order to provide the Service to you.
When you use Relenta or visit www.relenta.com website, our servers automatically record certain information about your use of Relenta or www.relenta.com website. Similar to other web services and websites, Relenta records information such as account activity (including use of disk space, number of emails sent and received, login history), and other information commonly found in webserver log files, including address of the web page viewed, your browser type, IP address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referring URL.

When you send email, Relenta includes information such as your email address and the email itself as part of that email.
We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal or account information with any third parties except in the limited circumstances described in the Terms of Service, such as when we believe we are required to do so by law.
You may change your Relenta account settings through your account management interface.
You may organize, sort, or delete your messages or terminate your account through your account management interface. Such deletions or terminations will take immediate effect in your account view. Residual copies of deleted messages and accounts may take up to 90 days to be deleted from our servers and may remain in our backup systems.
