FreshBooks is a fast and simple invoicing and time tracking services that help you send, track and collect payments quickly. This article will show you how to link and synchronize your Relenta and FreshBooks accounts.
1. Login into your FreshBooks account and go to My Account > FreshBooks API. Check the box "Enable API" and copy your Authentication Token (it looks like this: 2b1bb1w987c4704da7f2g5994401fc9c).
2. In your Relenta account and go to Settings > Add-ons. Click on "Link your Relenta and FreshBooks accounts," enter your FreshBooks account (login) name and paste Authentication Token. Click "Connect" button.
3. Click on "Import contacts," then "Import invoices" and you're done.
During the import, existing contacts will be updated and new contacts created. Invoices will be placed as line-items in Activities tab and each Contact’s activity stream, and 'Sync with FreshBooks' links will appear.
For now, the sync is in one direction only, from FreshBooks to Relenta.
