No. Relenta subscription service is month-to-month, you can cancel at any time. When you do cancel your subscription, your credit card will not be charged again. You are responsible for the charges already incurred. We can not issue refunds or prorate for the partial months.
You have 14 days to evaluate Relenta without any obligations. Your credit card will not be charged if you cancel the trial before 14 days, no questions asked.
Only new accounts qualify for a 14-day trial. If you already have a free account and wish to upgrade, the billing will start automatically on the day you upgrade.
It is your responsibility to cancel your trial before 14 days. After 14 days monthly billing will start automatically and no refunds can be issued.

Disk space usage is calculated as the total size of your account data on disk: all email messages (including Trash and Spam), email attachments, contact records and notes, calendar, shared files - everything.
You can delete messages in one of the following ways:
- Check the boxes in front of the messages and click Delete button.
- Create a filter rule and choose the 'Delete to Trash' action.
Deleted messages are counted towards your disk space usage, and are not purged automatically after a certain period of time. To remove the messages permanently from the system, you will need to purge them in one of the following ways:
- In Trash folder, check the boxes in front of the messages and click Purge button.
- To purge all messages from the Trash folder, leave all boxes in front of the messages unchecked and click Purge button. You will be prompted to type 'Yes' in the dialog box.
- Create a filter rule and choose the 'Permanently erase' action
The date on which you sign up for a trial or upgrade becomes your anniversary billing date. We bill you on the anniversary billing date of each month for the following month in advance.
You can cancel at any time by clicking on Help link in the upper right corner of your account screen and requesting an account cancellation which will be effective as of the time of request. After you cancel, there will be no further charges to your credit card.
We can not issue refunds. You are responsible for the charges already incurred on your account, unless you request a downgrade or cancellation before the anniversary date of your account.
Read/unread status of the message is per user. If one user marks a message as read, it will appear as unread to another user.
Data and information in Relenta is user-independent. If you delete a user, all email, contacts, notes, calendar tasks, and files will remain in the system intact.
