How is the disk space usage calculated?

Disk space usage is calculated as the total size of your account data on disk: all email messages (including Trash and Spam), email attachments, contact records and notes, calendar, shared files - everything.

How do I delete and purge messages?

You can delete messages in one of the following ways:

1. Check the boxes in front of the messages and click Delete button.
2. Create a filter rule and choose the ‘Delete to Trash’ action.

Deleted messages are counted towards your disk space usage, and are not purged automatically after a certain period of time. To remove the messages permanently from the system, you will need to purge them in one of the following ways:

1. In Trash folder, check the boxes in front of the messages and click Purge button.
2. To purge all messages from the Trash folder, leave all boxes in front of the messages unchecked and click Purge button. You will be prompted to type ‘Yes’ in the dialog box.
3. Create a filter rule and choose the ‘Permanently erase’ action

What happens with data and information if I delete a user?

Data and information in Relenta is user-independent. If you delete a user, all email, contacts, notes, calendar tasks, and files will remain in the system intact.

What happens with my data should I decide to leave?

If you cancel the service, you can export all customer information stored in your Relenta account. We want your transition to be as smooth as possible and will be happy to help.

What happens if contact limit is exceeded during import?

Contact import will stop adding new contacts when you reach your account limit. For example, if you have 4,500 contacts, your limit is 5,000 contacts, and you’re importing a file with 1,000 contacts, the import process will stop at 5,000 and only 500 of your 1,000 contacts will be imported.
