How is the disk space usage calculated?
Disk space usage is calculated as the total size of your account data on disk: all email messages (including Trash and Spam), email attachments, contact records and notes, calendar, shared files - everything.

You can delete messages in one of the following ways:
Deleted messages are counted towards your disk space usage, and are not purged automatically after a certain period of time. To remove the messages permanently from the system, you will need to purge them in one of the following ways:
Data and information in Relenta is user-independent. If you delete a user, all email, contacts, notes, calendar tasks, and files will remain in the system intact.
If you cancel the service, you can export all customer information stored in your Relenta account. We want your transition to be as smooth as possible and will be happy to help.
Contact import will stop adding new contacts when you reach your account limit. For example, if you have 4,500 contacts, your limit is 5,000 contacts, and you’re importing a file with 1,000 contacts, the import process will stop at 5,000 and only 500 of your 1,000 contacts will be imported.
