If one user marks message as ‘read’, will other users see it as ‘read’ as well?

Read/unread status of the message is per user. If one user marks a message as read, it will appear as unread to another user.

What happens with data and information if I delete a user?

Data and information in Relenta is user-independent. If you delete a user, all email, contacts, notes, calendar tasks, and files will remain in the system intact.

How do I change user settings, password, timezone and date format?

To change user settings, such as name, username, password, timezone, and date format, click on ‘User settings’ tab on the dashboard, make changes and click ‘Save’.

What is the difference between user and admin?

Permissions in Relenta are set by department. Admin can create, edit, and delete users, and assign users to departments. Users will only be able to work with departments that they are assigned to.
