How do I insert an unsubscribe link in Rich text mode?

To insert an unsubscribe link (or any other hyperlink) when composing a "Mail to group" or creating an email campaign template in Rich text mode, follow these steps:

  1. Highlight the words that you want to link, i.e. 'click here to unsubscribe'
  2. Click on the 'Insert/edit link' button on the formatting toolbar
  3. In the Link URL field in the pop up window, enter [REMOVE] (or URL of the hyperlink)
  4. Click Save
