Go to the first contact, click Edit and then Merge button. Search for the second contact to merge with. Name, job title, company, and custom fields of the second contact will be overwritten by information from the first contact. All other contact fields will be added up.

To mass assign contacts to groups, follow these steps:
Select contacts from the list using checkboxes
Click the Groups button
Select the target groups
Click the Assign button
Note: if you don’t select any contacts from the list in Step 1, then all of them will be assigned to selected groups.
To mass unassign contacts from a group:
Navigate to group in question
Select contacts to unassign using checkboxes
Click the Unassign button
There are two ways. You can add a persistent comment in Contact > Edit > Comments about this contact. It will always be visible on contact preview.
To add a time-sensitive note, such as meeting results, add activity. You may label it “Note” or create any other descriptive label for the line-items of this type.
