If you want to grow your business, it is not enough to create a CRM strategy and mission statement once or install a CRM program and never look at it again. The secret of successful companies is that they use CRM consistently to produce consistently spectacular results. Your own company may wish to implement CRM checklists to ensure that CRM goals are being met. Overall

__Develop company goals, department goals, and CRM goals

Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly

<>__Hold a team meeting to discuss the past year/quarter/month – what was accomplished? What needs to be improved? Set the goals for the next year/quarter/month.
