Looking for a small business CRM is extremely frustrating! We evaluated over 15 CRM’s and quickly found Relenta to be the only real solution. We looked at MS CRM but did not have months of time to configure and develop our own features on top of their platform. Sugar would have been nice if the interface was not so outdated and the user experience made us worry about the training time for our staff.

We took a hard look at HighRise, which we kept wondering why is so popular seeing as though it looked a lot like an open source script someone had modified. HighRise’s api made it attractive, but the more we looked into it we realized that we would have to rely heavily on that API to build the features Highrise had failed to deliver.

The big problem. CRM must be integrated with email. It is not enough to simply BBC a dropbox address or rely on employees to log every email. Our business relies on communication. Each employee must be able to see what communication has taken place with a contact or client. Relenta solves that. Relenta is like MS outlook on steroids with all the crm and contact features you could ever want. Further, its web based UI is elegant, and its simple access to data from almost any screen is pure genius.

Relenta lets us create rules to organize email, create contacts on the fly. Simply stated we spend less time editing contacts or writing notes than any other crm available. Great job relenta!
