Setting up an automatic reply is a two-step process.
- Go to Settings > Auto-Replies and add a new one
- Create a filter that triggers the Auto-Reply. Go to Settings > Message Filters > Add New Filter. Enter filter criteria and click Add action. Choose Add Auto-Reply from the drop-down of available actions, then choose the one you’d like to use from the list.
You can use Email Autoresponders if you need to send a reply with a delay, or a sequence of multiple replies over a period of time.
