FreshBooks is a simple invoicing and time tracking service that helps you send, track and collect payments quickly. To link and sync your Relenta and FreshBooks accounts, follow these simple steps:

  1. In your Relenta account go to Settings > Add-ons. Click on the Activate link under the FreshBooks logo and enter your FreshBooks account (login) name.
  2. You will be asked to give Relenta permission to access your FreshBooks account data. Click Allow.
  3. You will be returned Relenta, where FreshBooks is now listed as an active add-on. Click on Import Contacts, then Import Invoices.

During the import, existing contacts will be updated and new contacts created.

Invoices will be placed as lineitems under the Activities tab and contact timelines.

Click Sync with FreshBooks to update the invoice information. For now, the sync is in one direction only, from FreshBooks to Relenta.
